However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), please contact us within thirty (30) days of purchasing.
Our returns policy extends for 30 days following your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate your return, please contact us first. Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the packaging as this is not where we process our returns.
If you have simply changed your mind, products can be returned to us for a full refund, however they must be in the original condition, with all of the parts, packaging, boxes and accessories where relevant.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the product is deemed to be faulty or incorrect.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
For any defective, damaged or incorrect products, we will endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible. We may however ask for it to be returned to us so we can verify and investigate the defect.
We reserve the right to offer a full refund if the replacement product is not available.

Sale items (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Goods Not Received
If it has been more than 10 business days since you placed your order with us and you still have not received your parcel, please get in touch with us so we can investigate this further with our external courier company. While we do our very best to make deliveries happen fast, we do not make any guarantees and as such, any requests for a refund due to extended shipping times or delays will be denied.
If you would still like to return your order once received, we invite you to take advantage of our 30 day money back guarantee by getting in touch with us. Items must be returned as per the conditions above and the customer will still be responsible for return shipping costs unless detective or incorrect.
