Where We Ship
Australian Heating Co. currently ships to most metropolitan and regional areas. We have valued customers enjoying our products throughout New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and Australian Capital Territory.
There are only a few postcodes we cannot ship to: 5701, 6740, 6743 & 7151.
Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, the next working day after full payment is received.
We are currently working with three couriers to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service.
We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.
As soon as you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system, along with your payment, and your order is making its way through our picking and packing stages. This confirmation email should arrive in your inbox with 1 hour of purchase, but can sometimes land in your junk/spam folder so if it hasn’t arrived, don’t forget to look in there!
If you are still not sure if your order was successful, please check with your financial institution or by looking inside your PayPal or AfterPay account, as appropriate. You can also reach out to us directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Shipment & Tracking
Our goal is to ship orders the same day or the next business day. We will then send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of placing your order, feel free to follow up by emailing us at email@example.com.
Delivery Time Frames
The estimated delivery time frames are:
- For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
- For customers in QLD and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order has been placed in our system, we have only a very small window of time to change or cancel the order, including change of address.
If there is a change that needs to be made, such as a change in product/colour/accessories or shipping address, please contact us immediately via email@example.com and we will endeavour to organise this for you up until the point that the order has been picked and packed by us or our partner suppliers.
Once the parcel has made its way into the hands of our courier, we are unable to make any more changes, including a change of address.
If we cannot cancel an item of the order, you are welcome to return it according to our Returns Policy.
